As the lead therapist of Ghezzi Psychotherapy Services (GPS Therapy) in Wilton Manors, Matt Ghezzi, MS, LMHC, ACHT, provides traditional and holistic therapy services to clients in South Florida. He has helped children, adolescents, teenagers, adults and elderly individuals, as well as couples and families.


Founder of Ghezzi Psychotherapy Services, Matt Ghezzi has provided psychotherapy to individuals, families, couples, and groups for more than 20 years. A licensed mental health counselor by the State of Florida, Matt is certified as an Advanced Clinical Heart-Centered Hypnotherapist™ and a
certified Master Hypnotherapy Trainer for The Wellness Institute. Matt is a Qualified Supervisor for Mental Health Interns in the state of Florida. Matt is also a Certified Imago™ Couples’ counselor and a Certified Release Therapist for Breathwork. He is a Level one Reiki practitioner and a RoHun
intern through Delphi University.


Matt has helped clients ameliorate pain stemming from personal anxieties, depression, trauma and PTSD, as well as issues that are manifested through addictions and substance abuse, anger, abuse and violence, financial mismanagement, and sexual and eating disorders. He provides treatment to individuals with dissociative, mood and thinking disorders, ADHD, and other stress-related symptoms.

Research has shown that mental health counseling helps people to improve their sense of self worth and alleviates symptoms of anxiety, depression, self-destructive behaviors and anti-social behaviors.

Matt’s clients feel safe and comforted in his warmly decorated therapy room, and by the gentle manner and the various approaches that he takes to unfold their inner concerns and issues. He has helped clients realize the source of mental pain and spiritual suffering, while offering opportunities for them to achieve a sense of wholeness.
